We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Munir Ahmad Farrukh Sahib of Toronto West Jama‘at, who passed away on March 8, 2021 at the age of 83 years.

Respected Munir Ahmad Farrukh Sahib was a Musi. He was son of Dr. Abdul Ahad Sahib Director fazal e Umer institute Rabwah, Pakistan.

He served Pakistan T&T (later PTCL) and rose up to retire as Chief engineer. He served the Jama‘at as Amir Jama‘at Islamabad, Pakistan for more than 15 years. He was a pioneer member of Simultaneous Interpretation System Team which provided service for 4 years at Jalsa Salana Rabwah and then for 25 years at Jalsa Salana U.K.

Allah had blessed him with excellent qualities of Head and Heart which he used in the service of his country and the Jama‘at. He exhibited a deep love and absolute obedience of khilafat. He was also fortunate to be asked by Syedna Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih IV (r.h) to assist Huzur (r.h) at the stage during a session of International Shura. May Allah accept hi services and grant him His pleasure! May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved family and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear his departure with patience! Amen!

Members who come for Viewing, Janaza Prayer or at the burial should do so only with the permission of the family so that maximum number permitted may be controlled. They are also requested to follow the government regulations and maintain at least 6ft physical distance, use face masks, and avoid handshake and physical embracing.
