Obituary of Imadud Din

We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Imadud Din Sahib of Toronto Jama`at Halqa Scarborough North, who passed away on September 30, 2022 at the age of 89 years.

Imadud Din Sahib was born in Qadian, India, and was the son of Hadrat Maulvi Fazal Din Sahib (ra), a devoted companion of the Promised Messiah (as). Imadud Din Sahib's journey led him to Toronto, Canada, in 1967, where he became one of the pioneering members of the Jama'at.

Throughout his life, Imadud Din Sahib exemplified unwavering dedication to his faith and community. He made numerous financial sacrifices and actively contributed to the growth of the Jamaat in Toronto and across Canada. In 1971, he embarked on a new chapter of his life in marriage and with his wife he shared the joys and challenges of building a strong family within the Jama'at.

Imadud Din Sahib lived a life of simplicity, humility, and piety. His integrity, selflessness, and warmth touched the lives of all who knew him. He found true happiness in the company of his family and friends, and left a legacy of kindness and thoughtfulness.

Imadud Din Sahib's children are grateful for the gift of having such a loving and compassionate father. They pray to carry forward his values and teachings, ensuring that the values he inculcated live on in their own lives and in the hearts of their generations.

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amen! May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!
