Obituary of Muzaffar Ahmed Mian

We are sad to announce the demise of Respected Muzaffar Ahmed Mian Sahib of Ottawa East Jama`at, who passed away on November 16, 2022 at the age of 70 years.

Respected Muzaffar Ahmed Mian Sahib had a deep love of Khilafat and was regular in the daily prayers. May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in the heaven! Amen!  May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Amen!

 

Eulogy by the family:

 

 

By the grace of Allah, Respected Muzaffar Mian Sahib was the great-great-grandson of Hazrat Mian Nabi Bakhsh Pandah Sahib (ra), who was part of the early 113 companions of the Promised Messiah (as). Muzaffar Ahmed Mian Sahib had a profound love of Khilafat and respected the Nizam-e-Jama’at above all. He was very punctual in offering his daily prayers and voluntary Tahajjud prayers. He had a deep love for the recitation of the Holy Qu’ran and successfully completed a full cycle every Ramadan. He was passionate about Tabligh and humbly served the Jama’at in various capacities throughout his life. Despite his multitude of health complications, he continued to fulfill his duties towards Allah. He made it his mission to instill this love for Khilafat and Jama’at in his children. 

 

He is survived by his wife and six sons who have also upheld this love of Khilafat. His son Muzammil Mian is serving currently serving as Add. Sec. Tarbiyat (Marriage) in Ottawa East Jama’at. His son Shumail Mian Sahib had the honour of serving as a member of the Hifaz-e-Khas team during various visits of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V (aba) to Canada. His son Mohsin Mian Sahib is serving as Sadr Halqa Lakeview, Brampton West. His other sons, Ahsan Mian Sahib, Ehsan Mian Sahib and Aman Mian Sahib are also actively serving Jama’at under various capacities. 

 

May Allah grant Maghfirat to the deceased and elevate his spiritual status in heaven! Ameen! May Allah also shower His mercy upon the grieved families and give them solace and fortitude and enable them to bear this loss with patience! Ameen.
